A Regional First! CIMC Vehicles’ Air-Suspension Concrete Mixer Trucks Enter Service

Lightweight and upgraded! Recently, 10 CIMC Vehicles new energy concrete mixer trucks were delivered to customers in South China and officially put into operation.
These newly delivered new energy concrete mixer trucks, developed in collaboration with the chassis manufacturer, are equipped with an air suspension system and a 231kWh power battery. Focusing on the concrete mixer truck transportation conditions, they achieve further optimization in terms of load-bearing capacity, lightweight design, and power performance, providing customers with a more efficient and reliable operating option for high-frequency transportation operations.

These new energy mixer trucks demonstrate distinct advantages in three key areas: "Lightweight, Stable, and Powerful."

The air suspension system effectively lowers the vehicle's curb weight, freeing up more payload capacity while still meeting transport requirements. For mixer trucks, every reduction in curb weight lays the foundation for improved operational efficiency, making the vehicle more agile and productive in daily transport tasks.

◆ More Stable: Compliant Load Capacity

Equipped with imported air suspension and a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 32 tons, the trucks are precisely matched to real-world transport scenarios. They ensure full-load capacity without exceeding weight limits—balancing transport capability with regulatory compliance—thereby enhancing the vehicle's practical value.

◆ More Powerful: Strong Climbing Ability

The powertrain delivers high power and torque, providing ample, sustained output for demanding conditions such as long-distance hauling and continuous uphill/downhill driving. Additionally, the system exhibits slow temperature rise during prolonged operation on slopes, minimizing the risk of overheating; this makes the vehicle well-suited for complex, continuous transport routes and ensures stable, reliable performance.

This delivery marks the customer's first bulk order of CIMC Vehicles' new energy mixer trucks, making them the first in the region to utilize this specific air-suspension model.
