Li Guiping, Chairman and CEO of CIMC Vehicles, led a delegation to visit Shu Qian, General Manager of China Nanshan Group

On the morning of March 5th, Li Guiping, Chairman and CEO of CIMC Vehicles (stock code: 301039.SZ), led a delegation to visit Shu Qian, General Manager of China Nanshan Group, at the company's headquarters in Chiwan, Shenzhen. The two sides held in-depth exchanges on digital logistics and productive services.

Mao Yi, Vice President of CIMC Vehicles; Liu Wen, Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company; Hu Runjie, CFO of China Nanshan Group; relevant business leaders from CIMC Vehicles; and heads of relevant departments and units from China Nanshan Group participated in the meeting.
At the meeting, Li Guiping first expressed his appreciation for China Nanshan Group's industrial resource integration capabilities and development achievements. He then introduced CIMC Vehicles' business situation, core layout, and future development plans. He stated that the logistics industry is currently accelerating towards digitalization, intelligence, and globalization. China Nanshan Group has a well-established and unique advantage in the logistics industry chain, which complements CIMC Vehicles Group's equipment manufacturing advantages. He expressed his expectation to engage in in-depth cooperation with China Nanshan Group in areas such as digital logistics and productive services, fully combining the strengths of both parties, innovating cooperation models, expanding cooperation boundaries, jointly empowering the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry, and working together to promote high-quality development of the industry.

Shu Qian provided a detailed overview of China Nanshan's business layout and industrial development advantages. He stated that CIMC Vehicles, as the world's largest semi-trailer manufacturer, possesses core competitiveness in equipment R&D and manufacturing. China Nanshan has been deeply involved in the logistics industry for many years, and the two companies have a high degree of business synergy and complementarity, indicating significant potential for cooperation. He expressed hope that this exchange would serve as an opportunity to further strengthen communication and coordination, explore areas of cooperation, promote resource sharing and complementary advantages, jointly explore new paths for industrial cooperation, and achieve mutual benefit, win-win results, and coordinated development.
Furthermore, prior to the meeting, Li Guiping and his delegation visited the China Nanshan exhibition hall, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's history, industrial layout, and business development achievements.
