At the meeting, Zhang Fangming explained the "Quality Month" activity plan, outlining the activity's theme, overall goals, and key tasks. He called on all departments and factories to actively participate, ensuring quality requirements are implemented in every process and at every position, and to promote continuous improvement in quality management through solid and effective measures to ensure the effectiveness of all activities.

At the meeting, Li Hui delivered a mobilization speech. At the end of the meeting, the company held a "blessing" ceremony, where factories at the Luoyang base received quality promotion banners.
