This year's "Quality Month" activities, themed "Solidifying Product Quality Management and Improving Product Quality," focus on the entire lifecycle quality management of concrete mixer trucks. Around key aspects such as product design, manufacturing, inspection and testing, and system operation and maintenance, the activities continuously improve quality standards, strengthen process control, deepen quality improvement, and strive to create a strong atmosphere where "everyone values quality, everyone pursues quality, and everyone controls quality," thereby continuously improving product quality and market competitiveness.

At the meeting, Zhang Fangming explained the "Quality Month" activity plan, outlining the activity's theme, overall goals, and key tasks. He called on all departments and factories to actively participate, ensuring quality requirements are implemented in every process and at every position, and to promote continuous improvement in quality management through solid and effective measures to ensure the effectiveness of all activities.

At the meeting, Li Hui delivered a mobilization speech. He analyzed the shortcomings and deficiencies in current quality management in light of the current market situation and the company's actual quality work, emphasizing that quality is the lifeline of enterprise development and a core advantage for winning market competition. He urged all employees to firmly establish the "quality first" concept, adhere to a problem-oriented approach, solidify quality responsibilities at all levels, strengthen standard implementation and process control, and solidly promote key tasks such as self-inspection and rectification, on-site audits, job training, and quality improvement. He stressed the need to resolutely eliminate formalism and continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Following the mobilization speech, a company-wide quality commitment signing activity was held. All employees solemnly signed the quality commitment wall, fulfilling their responsibilities with commitment and safeguarding quality with action, further fostering a quality management atmosphere of full participation, full responsibility, and full improvement.
At the end of the meeting, the company held a "blessing" ceremony, where factories at the Luoyang base received quality promotion banners. The company will subsequently complete the comprehensive quality promotion arrangements in the factory areas, workshops, and production sites, continuously creating a strong quality culture atmosphere, integrating quality concepts into the entire production process, and rooting quality awareness in the hearts of every employee.
