Sixth, the pipeline system:

After the gas is output from the air compressor, it enters each compartment through the check valve and ball valve. A safety valve is installed before and after the check valve to prevent the air pressure from being damaged when the pipeline is too high. The safety valve setting meter The deflation pressure is 0.2Mpa; the secondary assisting blowing pipeline is connected to the discharge pipeline, and plays an auxiliary blowing action when discharging the material. The ball valve, the rubber hose and the auxiliary blowing valve can prevent the powder from entering the pipeline; The external air supply is provided for the user not using the air compressor of the vehicle, but using the outside compressed air. Install a pressure relief valve on the top of the tank to release the residual pressure in the tank and deflate the air before the user opens the material cover and stops the discharge;

Seventh, unloading system:

The discharge pipeline mainly has a suction port, a butterfly valve (sealed by a rubber sealing ring, which can be replaced if damaged), a discharge steel pipe, a discharge pipe joint, a discharge hose (a wear-resistant steel wire discharge hose, a diameter of 102 mm), etc. Composition; a shock-resistant pressure gauge is installed on the tank to monitor the change of pressure in the tank to guide the discharge;

Eighth, residual value:

According to the requirements of QC/T560-1999 "Technical Conditions for Bulk Cement Trucks": under the condition of vertical height of 15m, horizontal distance of 5m and working pressure of 0.2Mpa, the average unloading speed of cement trucks is not less than 1.2t/min.
