As a key safety activity for the Group at the start of the year, on February 25, 2026 (the ninth day of the first lunar month), Luoyang CIMC Lingyu Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CIMC Lingyu") solemnly held its 2026 "Safety First, Steady Progress" opening ceremony, themed "Safety 100". Gao Xiang, President of CIMC Group, and Li Yinhui, Vice President, led a delegation of leaders from the Group and CIMC Vehicles to visit CIMC Lingyu, participate in the "Safety 100" themed event, conduct safety inspections for resuming work and production, and provide guidance on safety production work. Wu Sanqiang, Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Group, Ma Tianfei, Director of the Group Office (Party Committee Office), Wang Zhujiang, President of CIMC Vehicles Group, and Liu Li, Assistant General Manager of CIMC Group's Excellent Operations and HSE Center, accompanied the delegation.
Meanwhile, other HSE committee members and sector leaders of the Group also participated in the company's "Safety 100" activity, jointly conveying and upholding the Group's consistent safety belief and expectation of "Safety First, Zero Violations, Zero Accidents".
Since 2014, the Group has launched the "Safety 100" campaign, specifically targeting the period around the Spring Festival. After more than a decade of development and refinement, this campaign has become a unique safety culture brand for CIMC, playing a significant role in accident prevention, safety assurance, and raising employee safety awareness.
At 9:30 AM, CIMC Lingyu's "Safety 100" campaign was officially launched. In his opening remarks, General Manager Hu Bolin reviewed the company's achievements in safety production over the past year, emphasizing that in the new year, the company will continue to improve safety standards, strengthen the responsibility chain, and launch the "100 Days of Safety" special campaign with the determination of "100 days of strictness to build long-term safety, 100 days of perseverance to ensure a safe year," further refining and implementing safety management.
Vice President Li Yinhui delivered a speech on behalf of Chairman Mai Bolian, President Gao Xiang, and the Group's Sustainable Development and HSE Committee. He emphasized that Chairman Mai, President Gao, and other Group leaders have repeatedly stressed that HSE work is the solid foundation of CIMC's high-quality development and the fundamental guarantee for the life safety and well-being of every employee. On CIMC's new journey of high-quality development, everyone is a protagonist, and every contribution is invaluable. Safety is the bottom line that the company cannot cross, and it is also the shared responsibility and mission of all CIMC employees, requiring the joint participation and unremitting efforts of all cadres and employees. He hoped that in the new year, all CIMC enterprises would achieve better business performance, and HSE work would also reach new heights and achieve even more outstanding results.

At the event, leaders from the group, business units, and enterprises presented awards to outstanding collectives and individuals in CIMC Lingyu's 2025 HSE management work, recognizing their outstanding contributions to HSE work and encouraging all employees to follow the example, actively participate in HSE management work, and jointly promote the company's safe development to a new level.
Subsequently, President Gao Xiang and Vice President Li Yinhui led all cadres and employees through the "safety gate" in an orderly manner and made a solemn commitment on the signature wall. Employees also posted their families' safety instructions on the instruction wall, turning family concerns into a commitment to safety. Leaders from the group, business units, and enterprises also presented employees with start-of-work red envelopes and blessing cards, conveying New Year's care and safety expectations. The event also included visits to safety display boards and interactive "eagle-eyed" hazard identification activities to help employees learn safety knowledge, identify risks and hazards, and strengthen their safety awareness.
President Gao Xiang and his team visited key areas such as CIMC Lingyu Tianqi Phase I, Tianqi Phase II, and the intelligent loading line to inspect and understand the current state of frontline safety production management. They engaged in in-depth exchanges with frontline managers to understand the implementation of safety measures for resuming work and production, and guided the company to further strengthen its safety foundation to ensure a good start to the year's work.
