Recently, CIMC Vehicles' DTB (Dual-Track Buying) and Mixer Truck Business Group officially launched its "Learning from Afar to Improve Quality – CIMC Mixer Truck Service Roadshow" campaign. Company President Hu Bolin, Vice President and Business Center Director Zhang Minfu, Mixer Truck LTP Center General Manager Li Hui, Party Secretary and HR Center Director Chang Guoqiang, Purchasing Center Director Zhai Bingtao, and personnel from sales, production, quality, technology, purchasing, and service departments attended the launch meeting, jointly sounding the clarion call for the service roadshow.
This service roadshow will be divided into two routes, north and south, to reach key markets across the country. Visiting teams composed of personnel from sales, production, service, quality, technology, and purchasing will travel thousands of miles, focusing on customers and using service as a link, to personally visit customers and conduct in-depth market visits.
"From the customers, to the customers." This is both the starting point of this service roadshow and CIMC Mixer Truck's consistent service philosophy. The visiting teams will go to customer vehicle usage sites, communicate face-to-face with customers, understand the actual usage of the vehicles, and listen to customers' genuine feelings about the products and services. In response to customer feedback, on-site inspections, Q&A sessions, and problem-solving are conducted. Issues that can be resolved on-site are addressed promptly. For complex issues that cannot be resolved immediately, a dedicated log is established, clearly defining responsibilities, measures, and timelines, continuously tracking progress to ensure a closed-loop process and that every customer's voice receives a response.
The "Service Roadshow" not only delivers service to customers but also brings their feedback back. Focusing on vehicle use and routine maintenance, the visiting team provides professional guidance and service support to help customers better utilize their vehicles and maximize product value. Simultaneously, through repeated face-to-face interactions, the team carefully listens to customer opinions and suggestions on products and services, bringing back firsthand feedback to the company. This provides crucial reference for continuous product optimization, quality improvement, and service upgrades.
For CIMC Mixing, the "Service Roadshow" is not a short-term initiative but a continuous dialogue with customers. By repeatedly approaching customers, listening to their feedback, and resolving their problems, the team ensures that customers' real needs are integrated into every improvement to products and services, and that quality enhancements are truly reflected in every detail that customers can see and feel.
Heading north and south, a thousand miles traveled, all for one step closer. Learning from our customers across vast distances, we seek their genuine feedback; improving quality, we refine every service and every detail. CIMC Mixing Service's Long March officially begins!
