The automated welding production line introduces 14 welding robots, adopting a high-speed, rhythmic operation mode to replace traditional manual welding. The overall automation rate exceeds 70%, completing the welding of one frame every 20 minutes. Combined with a comprehensive dust removal solution, it solves the traditional welding fume problem, enabling the workshop to achieve "sparkling but dust-free" green production.

The automated powder coating line is the first in the industry to apply "nano-ceramic coating + electrostatic powder coating" technology to the coating of special vehicle bodywork. It not only achieves zero VOC emissions but also shortens the production cycle by more than 90% compared to traditional processes, achieving a two-way empowerment and synergistic development of environmental protection and high efficiency. 

The intelligent assembly line adopts standardized assembly line operations, deeply integrating with the MES system to monitor the operational status of each link in the entire line in real time and precisely control the production rhythm. Currently, the production cycle time for mixer trucks has been optimized to 15 minutes. A plate chain conveyor system efficiently connects seven workstations, achieving fully automated assembly line operations and significantly improving production coordination and delivery efficiency.
