Starting from the Central Plains and heading west, a batch of CIMC Vehicles' new energy concrete mixer trucks recently arrived in Kashgar, Xinjiang, and were officially delivered to local customers. They will be fully deployed in key local projects with investments exceeding 100 million yuan, injecting strong green momentum into the upgrading of regional infrastructure and the construction of a "Beautiful Xinjiang."
Kashgar is located in the western border region of China, with a complex transportation environment that places higher demands on vehicle performance and reliability. Facing long-distance transportation, complex road conditions, and high-intensity construction scenarios, CIMC Vehicles' new energy concrete mixer trucks, relying on mature product design and scenario-based solutions, provide customers with more stable, efficient, and energy-saving transportation support.
A powerful alliance creates robust transportation capabilities
The vehicles adopt a professional, high-end design, optimized and upgraded to suit the characteristics of western transportation conditions. The tank body adopts a new equal-height design, resulting in a lower center of gravity and safer driving. The tank body and blades utilize a new generation of high-strength, wear-resistant special steel, with three layers of wear-resistant material added to high-wear areas. Its strength and wear resistance are more than twice that of ordinary materials, effectively extending the service life of the upper structure. The unique large blades and multi-phase three-dimensional mixing mode adapt to a wider range of concrete slump, resulting in more uniform mixing, faster material loading and unloading, and lower residue, maximizing practicality in construction.
The chassis has been upgraded to a new platform, matched with a 410kW self-developed high-efficiency motor, providing strong power output suitable for complex construction site conditions in border areas. An autonomous shifting strategy developed based on actual concrete mixer truck operating scenarios, along with coordinated energy recovery technology, further optimizes vehicle energy consumption, achieving a measured energy consumption lead of over 8% under the same operating conditions.
The vehicle adopts an integrated controller and a separate high and low voltage wiring harness solution, perfectly avoiding electromagnetic compatibility issues. The core electric components reach IP68 waterproof rating, combined with unique axle and axle waterproof technology, making it resistant to wading and high-pressure spraying. Equipped with AUTOHOLD automatic parking, it achieves a dual upgrade in safety and comfort.
