Cement Bulk Carrier working principle: The power of the automobile engine is transmitted to the air compressor through the mobile device such as the power take-off device and the transmission shaft, and the compressed air generated by the air compressor enters the tank body, and the powder material is liquefied through the liquefaction device. The pressure difference generated inside and outside the tank, the powder material is transported along the discharge line to the designated position along with the air.

Introduction to fluidization of powder

When the gas enters the powder layer from the lower part of the vessel, if the gas flow rate exceeds a certain value (cement is 0.015 m/s), the frictional force of the gas and the powder particles is equal to the weight of the powder and granules, and the powder and granules no longer flow. The bed is supported, at which point they can move freely, from high to low, keeping the upper plane of the powder layer horizontal, similar to liquid properties. If the side wall of the container is open at this time, the powder can also be ejected from the hole. This is called fluidization. The cement truck utilizes the fluidization characteristics of the powder to achieve unloading. The function of the fluidized cloth is that the compressed air forms a fine, uniform airflow into the powder layer to fluidize the powder.

Sub-assembly structure and working principle

The main body of the tank, the cylinder, the manhole cover and the liquefaction device;

d. The internal fluidization device is the core component of the Cement Bulk Carrier. It mainly consists of a canvas liquefaction device (consisting of a perforated plate, a side slide, and a support structure below, the angle between the perforated plate and the side slide at an angle to the horizontal plane) In order to improve the effect of liquefaction, a ridge plate is also smashed on the perforated plate for diverting the cement and increasing the gas flow rate. The liquefied cloth is pressed against the perforated plate by bolts, and a closed air chamber is formed under the fluidized cloth. The air chambers are not connected, the front and rear compartments can be unloaded independently, and the gas permeable liquefaction unit.

Transmission system: mainly consists of power take-off, drive shaft, air compressor (rated working pressure is 0.2Mpa, speed is 800-1100r/min), etc.; a magnetoelectric tachometer is installed outside the tank to monitor the air pressure. Machine speed, by adjusting the throttle controller, the engine throttle can be adjusted to change the air compressor speed.

Piping system: After the gas is output from the air compressor, it enters each compartment through the check valve and ball valve. A safety valve is installed before and after the check valve to prevent the air pressure from being too high to damage the air compressor when there is an accident. The valve setting meter has a bleed pressure of 0.2Mpa; the secondary assisting blowing line is connected to the discharge line and assists in blowing during discharge. It is prevented by the ball valve, rubber hose and blow-behind valve. In the pipeline; the external air supply is provided for the user not using the air compressor of the vehicle, but using the outside compressed air. A pressure relief valve is installed on the top of the tank to discharge the residual pressure in the tank, and to deflate the air before the user opens the material cover and stops the discharge.

The discharge pipeline mainly has a suction port, a butterfly valve (sealed by a rubber sealing ring, which can be replaced if damaged), a discharge steel pipe, a discharge pipe joint, a discharge hose (a wear-resistant steel wire discharge hose, a diameter of 102 mm), etc. Composition; a shock-resistant pressure gauge is installed on the tank to monitor the change of pressure in the tank to guide the discharge; 8.
