The Tianqi project is divided into three phases as a whole, using three years to complete the green and intelligent transformation of the three major production processes of special vehicles. The first phase of the project is the overall transformation of the coating line and automated production scheduling. It will be put into operation in April 2020. As a continuation of the first-phase project, the much-anticipated second-phase project was completed and put into production in May this year. The second-phase project is an automated production line for the welding and assembly of the mixer truck frame. It solves the work of automatic transfer of racks, automatic robot welding of workpieces, and environmental protection and efficient management of large workpiece welding sites, and the project has been improved in a targeted manner:

19 workstations are combined by the working island + high-speed main line method, and the whole line uses 14 welding robots to replace manual operations, realizing automation and flexible production;
Industry’s first overall dust removal solution to solve environmental problems
The intelligent electric door + overall dust removal room structure completely solves the problem of welding fume control in the welding production line, and the welding fume control effect can reach the A-level performance standard, which greatly improves the working environment;
Mini robot realizes small space welding
The cross-industry mini robot was selected for the first time in the automatic welding station of the frame. The robot’s appearance size is similar to that of a human arm, which completely solves the problem of welding in a narrow space.
The automation transformation of the second phase of Tianqi is pioneering and pioneering in the industry. The production automation rate has increased by 65%, the efficiency has been increased by 26%, and the amount of labor used has been reduced by 41%. The smooth mass production of the second phase has laid a solid foundation for the third phase of the Tianqi project.
